Shipping Information:
During normal periods, the following applies. During peak periods, there may be delays of up to 2 weeks. We will rush to have your order ASAP, but backups at the printer and with designers can be unavoidable during high-demand periods.
After placing your order, it will typically take 3-5 business days to have the image designed. Your image is printed on Kodak Professional Lustre Paper then either shipped to you or framed with your selection. Framed orders take approximately 7-10 additional days to complete and will be shipped promptly thereafter.

All requested names/phrases must be in good taste. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that do not meet this qualification.
Refund Policy:
Due to the personalized nature of these products, the initial scripting portion of each order is non-refundable. If products are received damaged or of a quality that does not meet our high standards, we will gladly replace the product.
All design, printing, and framing is completed by Pop Revolution Framing & Printing.

There are three main components to consider when placing your order.
1) COURT TEXT What do you want to write on the court? Names or short phrases. You have a maximum of 13 spaces for the text, spaces DO count. Your text must be in good taste. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that do not meet this qualification. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to use a Business name.
2) SCOREBOARD TEXT This text can have up to 3 lines with 13 characters each, spaces DO count. Examples include: WELCOME SCOTT DOYLE!, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SCOTT!, WE LOVE YOU SCOTT!, your suggestions.
3) IMAGE FOR SCOREBOARD You have the option to add someones photo on the scoreboard. If you do not want a photo, we will add a generic graphic like HOOSIER HYSTERIA you might see at the game. Any image size will work for the scoreboard. Uploaded files must be the sole property of you,all other images are copyright and should be accompanied by a release.

Custom-made frames will be built by hand for your particular print and mounted individually. This custom framing will be done by Pop Revolution Framing & Printing in Mason, OH. Custom framing will include the following:
Prints will include two beveled white core mats and framed in your choice of custom wood frames.
Prints will be dry mounted to give a smooth, flat appearance.
A special, picture-quality plexiglass will be used to frame each piece for safety during shipment (the appearance is identical to that of glass).
Each framed piece will have a finished dust cover backing.
The completed frame will be wired for hanging and will include a picture hangar.
