1) What file guidelines does your photo lab require?
We require the following file guidelines:
* -300 dpi resolution
* -8-bit color depth
* -sRGB color space
* -JPEG, PSD, or TIFF files accepted. JPEG's should be saved as level 10-12.
* -25 character filename limit
* -NO special characters except for hyphen (-) and underscore (_)
2) How do I ensure what I see on my monitor matches your prints?
A couple ways to do this: Calibrate your monitor, then download our ICC Profile for the specific papers we use. Using our profiles and soft proofing your image before sending it to us will ensure you receive what you are expecting. Another way would be to calibrate your monitor, then order a few small test prints. Once received, you can tweak your monitor settings to match our output.
3) How do I upload and size my images for Gallery Wraps, Canvas Collections, and Splits.
Templates have been designed for every Collection and Split we offer. The text "Download Template" is located under each collection or canvas. The link will allow you to download a Zip file containing directions and the actual templates. Upload completed templates using our Upload Box located with the order form.
Another way is to crop your images to the exact measurements of each canvas in the Collection or Split. Use file guidelines above when constructing your images. Use this method for Gallery Wraps.
Important: If you are ordering a "Natural Stretch" for your Collection, you will need to make sure your image extends around the face of the canvas and covers the sides completely. For example, if the canvas is 10" x 10" with 1 3/8" stretcher bars, your image will need to be at least 12 3/4" x 12 3/4", but preferably slightly larger to be safe.
